How accurate are the signals?

Accuracy is shown per mentor and per time period. Results vary with market conditions — use signals as trade ideas, apply proper risk management, and never risk funds you cannot afford to lose.

What is included in the Basic plan?

The Basic plan provides access to curated public signals, standard analytics and community features. For full feature comparisons see the Pricing page.

How quickly are signals delivered?

Signals are delivered according to the mentor’s publish time. Basic signals may have a short delay; Standard and VIP plans receive faster delivery and additional details.

Can I use the service on mobile?

Yes — we provide a responsive web app and a progressive web app (PWA). Native iOS and Android apps are in development and will be announced on our updates channels.

Do you offer refunds or trials?

Refunds and trials are handled case-by-case. If you believe you qualify, please contact Support with your account details and we will review promptly.

How are entry, target and stop levels determined?

Mentors combine technical levels, liquidity analysis and risk management techniques. Each signal includes the mentor’s rationale in the analysis field so you can evaluate the idea before trading.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Open your Profile → Subscriptions to upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Changes apply at the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
